Supplier-first sourcing workflows with a real product surface.
Product Connect now has a coherent testing interface for supplier onboarding, internal prospecting, and invited-only buyer demand capture. The product still follows the checkpoint gate: it is credible enough to test, but it is not pretending the blocked buyer beta already exists.
BL-006 is still blocked
The buyer Minimum Viable Product (MVP) checkpoint ended with a No-go recommendation. This UI refresh makes the current workflows testable and attractive, but it does not override the requirement to complete the invited buyer pilot and evidence capture loop first.
Profiles ready for matching and introductions.
Organizations waiting for internal review.
Ranked leads ready for outreach.
Demand signals captured in the invited-only buyer flow.
Supplier onboarding
Collect company details, brands, and categories in a review-ready form instead of a loose admin entry flow.
- Draft and submit-for-review states
- Reviewer notes visible in the workspace
- Structured supplier profile data
Prospecting queue
Import existing lead exports, deduplicate them, and prioritize outreach based on geography, category fit, and activity level.
- CSV import with duplicate handling
- Explainable qualification scoring
- Ranked outreach queue for internal users
Buyer workspace
Capture buyer demand, sourcing criteria, and curated introductions without jumping ahead to a broad marketplace experience.
- Buyer profile completion
- Sourcing request submission
- Curated supplier introduction visibility
Testing posture
The current product is set up for serious manual workflow testing rather than broad self-serve release. The key testing surfaces are now visible and navigable without asking stakeholders to work directly from bare admin screens.
- Supplier users can complete and submit onboarding from a dedicated workspace.
- Internal users can import, score, and filter prospecting data.
- Buyer users can express sourcing demand and review curated introductions.
Next evidence to gather
The interface is now a better instrument for testing. The remaining risk is not interface quality but business validation quality.
- Run the invited buyer pilot and document the full funnel.
- Define explicit Go or No-go thresholds before revisiting BL-006.
- Capture structured buyer feedback after introductions and meetings.
